For ONE referral who sells or buys a home you will receive $250 Gift Card to a business of your choice!

For TWO referrals who sell or buy a home you will receive an iPad 2 (16 GB) or a $500 Gift Card to a business of your choice! (This would pertain to one referral who both sells and buys a home or two separate referrals)

**You will receive your referral gift TWO WEEKS after the closing date (possession) of the referral’s home**
